Requirements

Responsibilities

• Place raw material purchase orders as needed
• Negotiate prices
• Use Noovelia-EPSIERP tracking and management software to place orders
• Negotiate, plan, and coordinate transport and customs logistics (land, air, and sea)
• Maintain and follow-up on system quality, including managing complaints and traceability
• Validate and test the quality and conformity of incoming raw materials
• Develop tables and forms with various software (particularly, Microsoft Excel)
• Assist the plant manager in various tasks, including preparing shipments
• Follow-up on inventories and ensure quality control with the operations manager
• Carry out any other related task requested by your superior

Requirements

• A DEC or BS degree in logistics or relevant educational experience
• 1-4 years experience in a related field
• Knowledge of office management tools and processes is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English and French)
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking

The machine operator’s role is to:

• Participate in the production of the most revolutionary masks on the market
• Oversee and maintain production equipment
